Orders Placed

• All orders placed will be processed within 1-3 business days of placement. Upon processing, Orders should arrive within 2-5 business days as soon as the order ships.
• For local deliveries, orders placed will still be processed within 2 business days. Local delivery orders will arrive 1-2 business days after placement.
• Outstanding circumstances that may increase customer wait times will be posted directly on The Duality Universe home page for the duration of the circumstances
